Creating comprehensive implementation plans for social media that align with the brand philosophy
Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels
Liaise with business teams to understand the priorities
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (i.e.: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
Create a regular publishing schedule.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Deep understanding of social media and messaging platforms, market trends, industry standards, and tools of the trade.
Sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills
An integrated marketing mindset and excellent understanding of the interplay offline and online, and between paid and owned channels on social media.
A passion for storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written.
Excellent copywriting skills and a keen visual sense.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly.
Fluency with social media metrics, analytics, and benchmarks including tracking and understanding attribution from social media.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
