  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external social media/creative agencies.
  • Ensure timely briefing, feedback, and approvals for all campaign content and assets.
  • Coordinate and support the development of the social media content calendar in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and agency reports.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain alignment between agency deliverables and brand strategy, tone, and visual identity.
  • Review and perform quality control on all agency-produced content before publication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product) to gather inputs, align messaging, and ensure consistency.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on campaign progress, key outcomes, and potential challenges.
  • Act as a brand guardian in digital spaces, ensuring all communication is aligned with brand reputation and values.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, trend-sensitive digital environment.
