The Marketing Executive will be responsible for positioning the product in the market, understanding consumer behavior, and driving user engagement through impactful communication and campaigns. The role blends strategy, creativity, and analytics to ensure the product resonates with its target audience and achieves measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
* Define the product’s value proposition and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
* Translate product features into customer benefits through storytelling and relatable messaging.
* Develop brand voice, visual identity, and tone that align with the company’s vision.
Market & Consumer Insights
* Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
* Gather user feedback and behavior data to shape marketing strategies and product improvements.
Identify emerging opportunities for campaigns, partnerships, or product features.
Go-to-Market Strategy
* Plan and execute product launches and updates with clear positioning and communication.
* Coordinate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Define success metrics and track performance post-launch.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Create marketing campaigns that drive awareness, usage, and loyalty.
* Manage digital, social media, and influencer collaborations to increase visibility.
* Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with the product team to shape offerings that match market needs.
* Work with design and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
* Collaborate with business and analytics teams to align marketing with growth goals.
Performance Analysis
* Monitor key marketing metrics such as acquisition cost, engagement, and retention.
* Prepare insights and reports to refine future campaigns and marketing approaches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,907.63 - ₹34,274.13 per month
