Globe Call Centre is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. We are seeking someone passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and online engagement — an individual who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and maintain consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Track performance analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or a related role. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools will be an advantage.
