Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analysing performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to enhance performance
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative ideas
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and engagement data
• Suggest improvements and strategies to increase brand visibility and audience growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Creative thinking with excellent written and visual communication skills
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
