Social Media Executive

Shovona Hospitality & Restaurant LLP is a fast-growing F&B company with multiple restaurant brands, including Shanghai - Flavours of Chinatown, Saltanat - Kings of Biryani & North Indian, De Mohasay and Palate Pleasers (Outdoor Catering - ODC). We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
✅ Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
✅ Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
✅ Create and edit captivating visuals, reels, and promotional videos to enhance brand visibility.
✅ Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
✅ Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
✅ Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach and sales.
✅ Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize strategy.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and social media algorithms.
* Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic/video editing tools.
* Experience in running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram & Google (preferred).
* Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
