Job Purpose:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing, creating, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support the company’s marketing objectives. This role plays a key part in enhancing Beno’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand communication across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand goals and marketing campaigns.

Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) across all platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce content that reflects the brand’s image and services.

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, clients, and influencers to maintain active online community engagement.

Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare regular social media performance reports.

Stay up to date with current social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (boosted posts, lead generation ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.

Support marketing events, product launches, and collaborations by providing live coverage and creative content.

Ensure that all social media content aligns with company brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or automotive sectors.

Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:-
Experience in influencer marketing and social media collaborations.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, content marketing).
