Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven and well-versed in the latest social media trends, algorithms and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends (e.g., Reels, Shorts, influencer marketing).

2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories, live sessions).
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and copywriters for high-quality creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

3. Community Engagement & Growth:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster engagement.
- Run contests, polls, and interactive campaigns to boost follower growth.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
- Generate monthly/ weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer etc.

5. Trendspotting & Innovation:
- Experiment with new formats (e.g., AR filters, memes, user-generated content).
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, scheduling and performance tracking.
