Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Create and schedule daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, property spotlights, testimonials, etc.).
- Promote success stories and market insights.
- Building an online community and converting engagement into qualified leads.
- Create video content and short-form media to optimize our brand for social use.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage social campaigns to drive lead generation, event sign-ups, and property awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of social media experience, ideally within real estate, property, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the UK lettings and sales market and target customer demographics.
- Proven ability to create engaging content (visual and written) for social media platforms.
- Experience with video editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO and mass marketing email strategies.
