We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Executive who can manage daily content operations and support strategy development.

Job Description

Ingenious Concepts is seeking a motivated Social Media Executive to support our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media operations, including post scheduling, caption writing, content planning, analytics reporting, and client communication. This role also involves assisting in strategy development, coordinating with the creative team, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all major platforms. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and passionate about social media trends and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X).
• Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for posts, reels, and videos.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design team.
• Monitor page performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Track competitors and trending content to generate new ideas.
• Maintain platform consistency, brand guidelines, and content quality.
• Assist in developing social media strategies with the senior team.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, approvals, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure timely content delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Strong caption writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and maintain structured content calendars.
• Understanding of analytics
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple brand pages simultaneously.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience in boosting/paid promotion campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly content principles.
• Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and content psychology.
