Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of performance marketing channels but also bring strong expertise in branding, social media strategy, SEO, and CRM management. You will play a key role in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for performance uplift.
• A deep understanding of Branding, social media strategy, SEO and automation will be a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of branding fundamentals and content strategy.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and testing.
• Excellent communication skills.

Office timings:

9 AM - 6 PM (Morning Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
