This full-time on-site role as a Social Media Executive is based in Manama. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, and managing online platforms to enhance the organization's digital presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaigns, optimizing social media performance, crafting engaging posts, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts with overall marketing goals.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Media Planning and strategy development
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging and persuasive content
• Ability to analyze social media analytics to optimize performance
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in event-related industries or creative agencies is a plus
