Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to support the growth of our Combat Sports and Bedding/Lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok management, with a specific focus on TikTok Shop and Live Campaign execution. You will be responsible for driving engagement through scheduled content and real-time live experiences, often collaborating with influencers to bring our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Campaign Management: Plan and execute TikTok Live sessions and live-stream events across social platforms to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to deliver high-energy, on-brand Live experiences, providing them with key talking points, product samples, and technical guidance.
  • Live Stream Moderation: Manage the "back-end" of live sessions—monitoring comments, pinning products, managing flash sales, and ensuring a smooth technical broadcast.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Shop Optimization: Assist in Meta and TikTok Shop optimization, ensuring product listings and content align with live-stream sales goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging captions and ideate creative formats (Reels, UGC-style posts) that lead up to and support Live events.
  • Audience Adaptation: Tailor communication styles for both the high-intensity Combat Sports community and the wellness-focused Bedding/Lifestyle audience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor Live metrics (peak viewers, shop conversions) and standard post metrics to share insights with the team.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Live Stream Experience: Proven experience managing or supporting TikTok Live or other live-commerce platforms (Instagram Live, Amazon Live, etc.).
  • Influencer Coordination: Experience working with creators/influencers, specifically in a "Live" environment where real-time direction is required.
  • Platform Expertise: Practical experience with Meta platforms, TikTok, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Platform Expertise (Optional): Practical experience with TikTok Shop Partner Center would be a huge plus.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable with the technical side of mobile broadcasting (lighting, audio, and platform-specific live tools).
  • Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with design, performance, and external influencer teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay calm and solve problems under the pressure of a live broadcast.
  • Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
