We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage, grow, and optimize our presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Conceptualize, create, and visualize exceptional, high-impact content (posts, reels, stories, captions) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Plan, schedule, and execute content calendars with a strong focus on engagement and trends.
• Use AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance content creation, ideation, captions, visuals, and performance optimization.
• Monitor social media analytics, insights, and KPIs; prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and digital innovations.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus).
• Exceptional ability to manage, create, and visualize social media platforms with standout, creative content.
• Strong command of AI prompting and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) for content creation and optimization.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, copywriting ability, and a strong creative eye.
• Highly organized, trend-aware, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skillset)
