Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, social media strategy, analytics, and account management to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Plan and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) shoots and integrate content into campaigns.

Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments, messages, and engagement proactively.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Manage multiple social media accounts efficiently while ensuring brand consistency.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills Required:

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Insights).

Excellent understanding of community management and engagement strategies.

Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.

Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns (optional but a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
