Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community members to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to support broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand brand reach and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
