Social Media Executives

We’re looking for multiple Social Media Executives to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll manage customer interactions across social media platforms and via calls, handling inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive brand experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging with customers in real-time, managing multiple conversations at once, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining brand voice and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others, as well as handle customer calls.
  • Assist customers with product details, troubleshooting, order-related queries, and general inquiries via both live chat and phone calls.
  • Actively monitor brand social channels for live chat interactions, comments, messages, and engage with customers in real-time.
  • Provide personalised support and ensure a positive experience on calls, managing a variety of customer queries and concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions to improve service quality.
  • Identify complex customer concerns and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline communication processes.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to ensure you provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management, customer support, or phone-based customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations (via chat and calls) efficiently.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive online relationships.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,500.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
