Social Media Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying on top of trends to build brand awareness and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, etc.) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ads for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Handle social media crisis management and maintain brand reputation.
• Grow followers, engagement rates, and overall brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Expert, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, video editing basics).
• Experience with social media management & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Knowledge of paid advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
