Job Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign: Has experience in running paid campaigns on Social Media and google ads.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand presence and engagement.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers and potential clients, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive online relationships.
Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads by understanding target audiences, optimizing content for lead capture, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients regarding social media campaigns, provide timely updates, and offer recommendations to improve results.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure the company remains ahead of the curve in utilizing new platforms and features.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role with proven experience in handling social media accounts for businesses.
Skills:
· Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
· Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies on social media platforms.
· Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools.
· Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing (basic skills).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Desirable Traits:
Proactive, creative, and result-driven.
Ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
A strong understanding of the target audience and how to tailor content to them.
