- Create, plan, and manage long-term social media campaigns.
- Ensure content consistency across all channels in line with brand guidelines.
- Lead data-driven decision-making through social analytics.
- Manage a small team of social media associates and content creators.
- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams for integrated communication strategies.
- Develop and run social media strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement.
- Research audiences, competitors, and trends to improve social media performance.
- Manage all company social media accounts and post regularly on each platform.
- Create and manage high-quality content such as posts, images, videos, reels, and stories.
- Work with the design and content team to keep brand style and messaging consistent.
- Write catchy captions and engaging copy for posts.
- Plan and schedule content to match campaigns, promotions, and marketing goals.
- Respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build community.
- Build and maintain a positive brand image across all platforms.
- Find and collaborate with influencers or brand partners to expand reach.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Track performance, analyze results, and prepare reports on social media activity.
- Stay updated on new trends, features, and best practices for all platforms.
- Work closely with the SEO, PR, and marketing teams to support overall company goals.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create great content.
