Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Expert who can generate B2B leads and build a strong online presence for our industrial products (Roller Chains, Bearings, Industrial Equipment).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Create professional posts (products, industrial use cases, client engagement)
• Run paid ads campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn) for lead generation
• Generate B2B inquiries via social media & WhatsApp
• Design basic creatives (posts, banners, videos)
• Respond to messages and convert leads
• Track performance and optimize campaigns

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000
• Incentive: Per qualified lead / campaign performance
• Bonus on sales generated through social media

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in social media marketing
• Experience in lead generation campaigns (must)
• Basic graphic design (Canva / Photoshop)
• Knowledge of ads manager (Meta, LinkedIn preferred)
• Strong communication & content writing skills
