Social Media expert (Virtual Assistant) Female night shift

Company Overview:
We are an IT & BPO company providing Virtual Assistant services to international clients. We are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in Social Media Management to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance across platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and engage with online communities
• Assist with social media campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions
• Research trends and competitor activities to improve strategy
• Provide regular reports on growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Creativity and ability to create visually appealing content
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of paid ads will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
