Social Media handling and Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-driven professional to manage our social media presence, enhance digital growth using AI tools, and handle all branding and design requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the company’s online identity, generating leads, and creating visually compelling marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

  • Manage company accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X)
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and campaigns
  • Engage with audience and handle inquiries/messages professionally
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

2. Content & Creative Design

  • Design logos, brochures, company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Create high-quality posts, banners, and promotional visuals
  • Develop professional company documents and branded templates
  • Ensure all designs align with company branding and identity

3. Website Design & Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website
  • Ensure website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually appealing
  • Update content regularly (services, projects, workforce details, etc.)
  • Optimize website performance and SEO

4. AI-Based Digital Growth

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, etc.) for content creation and marketing
  • Leverage AI platforms for SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics
  • Automate marketing workflows and posting schedules
  • Explore and implement new AI tools to improve efficiency and reach

5. Online Presence & Profile Creation

  • Create and manage company profiles on business directories and portals
  • Optimize listings on Google Business, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms
  • Enhance company visibility across digital channels
  • Support lead generation through online campaigns and listings

6. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic & paid)
  • Run and optimize ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Generate and track leads from social media and website
  • Support business development team with marketing materials

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads)
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Suggest strategies for improvement based on data insights

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, graphic design, and website development
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress/Wix, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and automation
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Good communication and content writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manpower supply or contracting industry
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity with GCC/Saudi market
