A Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing an organization’s social media strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall marketing and business objectives. the key roles and responsibilities:

  • Setting Goals and KPIs: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Audience Research: Conducting research to identify and understand the target audience.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Content Planning: Planning and scheduling content calendars.
  • Content Creation: Creating engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Content Curation: Curating relevant content from other sources to share with the audience.
  • Community Management:
  • Engagement: Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages.
  • Building Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with the audience.
  • Crisis Management: Handling negative feedback or crises effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitoring Metrics: Tracking social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on social media performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors’ social media activities.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Planning Campaigns: Planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  • Ad Management: Managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

  • SEO and SEM:

  • Training and Development:
