Social Media Intern

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to assist our social media team in managing and executing campaigns for Schbang and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a passion for digital content, and the ability to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Help with the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content across platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas for campaigns
• Conduct social media research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Provide support for influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Assist with the creation of social media reports and presentations for clients
• Help maintain the brand’s social media calendar and ensure timely content delivery

Qualifications & Skills :

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
