Social Media & Lead Generation Expert

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Social Media & Lead Generation Expert to manage digital marketing campaigns and generate qualified leads for solar energy projects. The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar solutions, running targeted advertising campaigns, and supporting the sales team by delivering potential customers interested in solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for solar products and services.
• Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through paid and organic marketing.
• Create engaging content related to solar energy, savings, and renewable solutions.
• Run and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead follow-up.
• Maintain lead tracking reports and marketing performance data.
• Research market trends and competitor strategies in the solar industry.
• Increase brand awareness and online engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or lead generation.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of solar products or renewable energy market is preferred.
• Strong communication and marketing strategy skills.

KPIs:

• Number of qualified leads generated per month.
• Cost per Lead (CPL).
• Campaign conversion rate.
• Social media engagement and growth.
