Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Management Executive to handle and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms to drive brand awareness and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Schedule and publish posts using tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond in a timely manner
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation
• Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all channels
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of major platforms and their algorithms
• Experience with Meta Ads / paid campaigns
• Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in content planning and calendar management
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
