Position: Social Media Manager

Red Feather Tech is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead, plan, and execute impactful social media campaigns for both our clients and our company. The ideal candidate must be strategic, data-driven, and highly skilled at crafting engaging content that builds strong digital presence and drives results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies and campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Create engaging, creative, and brand-consistent content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new features on social platforms
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team for smooth execution
• Manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and strengthen brand presence

Requirements:

• Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with social media ads & analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) – plus if worked with video editing tools
• Ability to think strategically and execute creatively under deadlines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be available to work on-site (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
