About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand growth through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with the brand identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Ability to write creative captions and engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
