Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle organic social media for multiple clients across diverse industries, primarily in North America. The role focuses on strategy, content oversight, and quality assurance while staying current with platform trends and maintaining a consistent, professional online presence.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in social media management is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage social media presence for global clients across North America in a variety of industries.
- Develop and oversee monthly content plans, ensuring consistency, personalization, and client preference alignment.
- Collaborate with design and client success teams for content creation, approvals, and on-brand visuals.
- Ensure all content passes QA checks for spelling, formatting, links, and platform-specific rules before publishing.
- Schedule approved content across platforms using social media scheduling tools; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, messages, and mentions to support reputation management.
- Track KPIs for content accuracy, timeliness, and engagement metrics; prepare performance documentation.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices; adjust strategies proactively.
- Research trends, holidays, and industry topics for relevant, engaging content ideas.
- Support basic SEO efforts through optimized social content and local visibility initiatives.
- Innovate and launch new initiatives to improve engagement, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized record-keeping for approvals, reports, and monthly archives in shared drives.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for planning, design approvals, and scheduling workflows.
- Perform other social media or marketing tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing social media for multiple clients; North America experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage 25+ brands across diverse industries while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail; zero tolerance for errors in content accuracy or scheduling.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and native platform managers (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and client-facing skills if needed.
- Ability to track KPIs and report on social media performance metrics.
- Knowledge of reputation management and evolving digital trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for social content visibility.
- Capable of independent work while collaborating across design, client success, and marketing teams.
- Adaptability to changing algorithms, new tools, and emerging digital best practices.
- Strong multitasking skills; proactive and deadline-driven approach to project delivery.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose and lead new digital initiatives.
