Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing multiple client social media accounts

• Developing and executing monthly content strategies and calendars

• Writing and editing engaging content in Arabic and English

• Planning and directing creative short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)

• Monitoring analytics and optimizing campaigns for performance

• Staying updated on social media trends and applying them to campaigns

• Communicating with clients and audiences to maintain strong engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing & Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Strong communication and copywriting skills in Arabic & English

• Experience in content strategy, campaign planning, and execution

• Familiarity with Qatari and Gulf culture & digital trends

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
