We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, craft engaging campaigns, and deliver impactful results across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) for diverse industries.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver visually appealing and impactful creatives.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep client campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities to build strong client-brand relationships.
- Work closely with the strategy team to align social campaigns with SEO, content, and overall digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and recommendations.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different client industries.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in influencer marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
