About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence, grow our brand visibility, and engage with our target audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media strategy, content creation, community management, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

• Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2–4 years).

• Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and content trends.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools).

• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
