Social Media Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will manage a team of Virtual Assistants working across different social media activities. This role combines team leadership, client-facing communication, and hands-on expertise in GHL workflows/automation. The candidate should be able to coordinate client campaigns, manage VA workloads, and ensure quality outcomes across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a team of VAs executing social media campaigns and activities.

● Act as point of contact with clients regarding social media deliverables and VA outputs.

● Plan, assign, and monitor social media activities (posting schedules, engagement, content execution).

● Train and mentor VAs to use GHL workflows for automation and client campaign support. ● Ensure delivery quality, on-time reporting, and client satisfaction.

● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery) for campaign alignment.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years in social media management, client success, or digital marketing operations.

● Experience managing teams (remote VA teams preferred).

● Strong knowledge of GHL workflows and marketing automation.

● Excellent communication skills with international client exposure.

● Ability to balance leadership, hands-on campaign execution, and client interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Social Media Management: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
