B2B Social Media Manager – Energy & Industrial Projects (EPCC / Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management (40%)

• Develop and execute B2B social media strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage official accounts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and global conversations for thought leadership opportunities.
• Establish social media governance policies, brand consistency, and crisis protocols.

Content Creation & Storytelling (35%)

• Create compelling visual + written content for industrial projects, safety campaigns, sustainability programs, and corporate updates.
• Transform technical engineering concepts into accessible narratives.
• Produce videos, graphics, infographics, and interviews highlighting company achievements.
• Collaborate with project teams for on-site content capture (while following HSE compliance).

Engagement & Community Building (15%)

• Drive employer branding in collaboration with HR for recruitment campaigns & others.

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

• Track and report KPIs, follower growth, engagement, impressions, and ROI.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 4–6 years of social media management experience (B2B/industrial sector preferred).
• Proven success in managing corporate accounts (50K+ followers).
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPCC, Energy, or Heavy Industry is a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
• Tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later etc.
• Proficiency in copywriting, mediator in design, video editing software’s
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
