Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

Aaban Services, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing cleaning and pest control service providers, is seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle its online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation for services such as pest control, water tank cleaning, and AMC contracts across Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage monthly social media content calendars (posts, stories, and reels).
• Create engaging, keyword-rich captions that align with the brand tone and target UAE audiences.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce creative visuals, videos, and carousels.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), setting budgets, optimizing targeting, and tracking performance.
• Handle daily posting, engagement (comments, DMs, replies), and maintain an active online community.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Research trends and competitor activity in UAE’s pest control and cleaning service industries.
• Coordinate with the marketing manager for promotional campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns stay within approved budgets.
• Identify potential leads through social media inquiries and forward them to the sales coordinator.
• Ensure all posts reflect Aaban Services’ professional brand image and customer-first tone.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid ad optimization, hashtags, and content timing.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus).
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging campaign ideas.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
