About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to grow and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify and target key audience demographics to drive engagement.

2. Content Creation:

• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.

3. Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.

4. Community Engagement:

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve strategy.

6. Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Recommend innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics.
• Good English, communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage projects independently.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
