Our new Mumbai branch is looking for a self-driven, solutions-oriented Social Media Manager who thrives on taking ownership and delivering impactful results.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Social Media Strategist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things social for the accounts handed over to you. You’ll lead the charge in creating compelling content, managing communities and driving strategies that get results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies that align with brand goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and more.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour to drive innovation in campaigns.
• Monitor accounts daily, interact with followers and respond to queries or comments in a timely manner.
• Track and analyse content and campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.
• Run creative campaigns, contests, collaborations and other interactive initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Designers, Editors while owning the social media vertical independently.
• Capture basic product shots and short-form content using an iPhone (for reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.) as needed.
• Solve problems as they arise — whether it’s platform glitches, performance drops, or content challenges.

What We're Looking For

We’re not just looking for someone who can post pretty pictures — we need a strategic thinker and a doer who can own the social media function with minimal oversight.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in platforms like Instagram & Facebook
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong grip on content creation tools (like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Experience with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Ability to commute in Mumbai 2-3 times a week (hybrid model).
• Portfolio or examples of social media accounts/campaigns you’ve personally managed.
