We're looking for a passionate and proactive Creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Goregaon East and help us amplify our brand voice across all platforms. You'll be the mastermind behind engaging content, the champion of audience interaction, and the glue that connects us to our online world.

What you'll do:

• Craft compelling content: Write, edit, and schedule captivating posts and updates for our company website, blog, marketing materials, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct research and identify trending topics, industry insights, and audience perceptions to fuel your content strategy.
• Collaborate like a champ: Partner with our creative team to design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
• Master the socialsphere: Manage our social media platforms, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and handle customer service with a smile (and a witty reply).
• Become a data detective: Track and analyze social media and website metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Think outside the like button: Propose innovative ideas to promote our offerings, reach new audiences, and amplify our brand voice.
• Work hand-in-hand: Collaborate with internal departments to set campaign goals, execute tasks, and overcome any challenges that arise.

We're looking for someone who:

• Thinks like a comedian, writes like a poet, and strategizes like a chess master.
• Has at least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably for a brand or agency.
• Is a whiz with Canva and other design tools.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi a plus!).
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a creative team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Social media management: 4 years (Preferred)
