About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with the design and content teams.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, hashtags, platform updates, competitor activity, and best practices.
• Handle community management, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and influencer coordination, to foster and grow an active, engaged online community.
• Use social media analytics tools to track performance and prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a social media executive or manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and copywriting abilities.
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, or luxury brands will be a significant plus.
• Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva and Buffer/Hootsuite and basic knowledge of analytics platforms.
