Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Experience Required: 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Salary Package: Market competitive (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms for the business, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate social media strategies to grow audience reach and brand visibility.
• Generate leads, monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and brand storytelling.
• Establish and maintain creative direction across all digital platforms.
• Create and manage a variety of visual content, including graphics, animations, and videos for social media and website.
• Produce engaging video content and short animations for ads and YouTube.
• Design compelling graphics and layouts that align with brand identity.
• Use storyboards and creative planning to visualize design concepts and campaigns.
• Maintain full ownership and quality control of all visual and social content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, industry tools, and design technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their content dynamics.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong sense of creativity, visual design, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
