To expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Account Handler to manage our social media accounts and drive impactful online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management s Posting

o

Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

o

Schedule, post, and monitor engaging content tailored to each platform.

o

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels.

• Creative Strategy s Market Research

o

Conduct ongoing research on latest social media trends, tools, and strategies.

o

Suggest alternative and trending ways of delivering content (e.g., reels, carousels, polls, stories, interactive campaigns).

o

Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities.

• Engagement s Community Building

o

Respond to comments, queries, and messages promptly.

o

Build and nurture a community around the brand through interactive posts and campaigns.

o

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure audience-focused communication.

• Analytics s Reporting

o

Track, analyze, and report performance of posts, campaigns, and follower growth.

o

Share actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

o

Optimize posting schedules and content formats based on analytics.

Requirements

Proven experience as a social media handler/manager.

Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.

Knowledge of social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to research, analyze trends, and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
