Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team at PincodeKart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and driving online engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content for better reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) if required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
