Job Position : Social Media Manager
Jobs & Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media and content strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. Content Creation (Malayalam & English) & Curation
- Create, design, and edit original content — including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce creative assets.
- Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms and formats.
3. Social Media Management
- Oversee day-to-day posting, engagement, and channel performance.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure all content complies with brand and ethical guidelines
4. Campaign Development & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute online marketing campaigns, product launches, or event promotions.
- Coordinate paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance tracking for each campaign.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, follower growth).
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to improve future content and engagement strategies.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small creative team (if applicable).
- Work with marketing, PR, and communications departments to ensure message alignment.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and brand partners when needed.
7. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Experiment with new ideas to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Recommend emerging platforms or tools to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong creative skills — writing, visual storytelling, and basic design/video editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Growth in followers and engagement rate.
- Consistency and quality of published content.
- Campaign ROI and conversion metrics.
- Improvement in brand awareness and audience retention.
