We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all major social platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (text, image, and video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and oversee social media calendars and campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage influencer partnerships and social collaborations.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer to schedule and track posts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and content formats.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Creativity and a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

- Passion for digital trends, pop culture, and online communities.
- Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
