We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our clients’ (and our own) social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand and client goals.

Create, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Manage day-to-day social media accounts: monitor comments, messages, feedback and engage with followers.

Build and maintain a content calendar; coordinate with design & content teams to ensure consistent branding.

Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity; adapt our strategy accordingly.

Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), compile reports and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with SEO, PPC and content teams to integrate social campaigns with broader marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

2 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency environment.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Excellent copywriting skills; ability to craft compelling captions, posts and visuals.

Familiarity with social media tools (scheduling, analytics, listening).

Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and content strategies.

Creative mindset, strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience managing social media for an agency or multiple clients.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

Portfolio of past successful social media campaigns.
