About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead and scale our digital presence. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of how social media drives brand authority and qualified leads in the real estate space.

A background in real estate is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with business objectives

• Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars, campaigns, and launches

• Oversee creation of high-quality content including reels, carousels, captions, hooks, and CTAs

• Execute and monitor platform-specific growth tactics across Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms

• Track performance using analytics tools, derive insights, and present actionable reports

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates

• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to support lead generation and brand positioning

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and strategy

• Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or allied industries (preferred)

• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and conversion funnels

• Proven ability to manage campaigns, analytics, and performance metrics

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and execution skills

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results
