Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management & Strategy
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and related ecosystems).
- Could you make sure consistent brand voice, visual language, and messaging across all social media touchpoints?
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and high-performing.
- Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion).
- Work with creatives and copy to ensure ads align with performance objectives and brand guidelines.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, suggesting actionable improvements.
- Meta Suite & Scheduling
- Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, publishing, inbox management, and insights tracking.
- Ensure timely posting, community management, and basic moderation where required.
- Art Direction & Shoots
- Conceptualize and direct product and model shoots aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, and internal teams.
- Ensure output quality, visual consistency, and relevance for both organic and paid media usage.
- Team & Workflow Management
- Translate brand and campaign requirements into clear briefs for designers, editors, and creators.
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and quality benchmarks to ensure smooth execution.
- Review creative outputs and ensure they meet strategic, aesthetic, and performance standards.
- Brand Understanding & Execution
- Develop a deep understanding of brand positioning, target audience, and visual identity.
- Ensure all content and campaigns reinforce long-term brand objectives, not just short term metrics.
Required Skill Set
- Proven experience in social media management and Meta Ads execution. Strong command of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
- Practical understanding of art direction, visual storytelling, and content aesthetics.
- Experience in managing and coordinating product and model shoots.
- Ability to lead execution through cross-functional creative teams. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
