Social Media Manager

Tesseract Digital is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about digital engagement, content strategy, and community management — and have experience leading design and video production teams — we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time (This is not a remote position)

Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies

• Create and execute data-driven social media plans to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to refine strategies.

Content Creation & Management

• Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Schedule, manage, and monitor posts to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Lead the design team to create engaging videos, graphics, and posts, while managing clients’ social media platforms.

Community Engagement

• Actively interact with followers: respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Build and manage online communities, ensuring a positive and responsive brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness; use insights to continuously improve.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with brand and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure cohesive content.
• Serve as the point of contact for client coordination and content approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and current best practices.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proven ability to manage and lead creative teams (designers, editors).
• Experience in client communication and campaign coordination.
