About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media channels. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day social media operations, own the content calendar, develop creative concepts, and produce high-quality social-first content. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams and freelance creators. This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across all platforms
- Publish and schedule all social content, ensuring consistency and quality
- Create, edit, and optimize visual content, including graphics, short-form videos, and social assets tailored to each platform
- Design and edit engaging social-first visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar
- Write clear, on-brand social media copy and captions
- Repost and curate user-generated content (UGC) to strengthen community engagement
- Develop and pitch creative social media ideas aligned with brand voice and platform best practices
- Translate cultural moments, trends, and memes into timely, relevant social content
- Deliver optimized, platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns and business goals
- Work closely with leadership on platform strategy, performance reporting, and content direction
- Support influencer marketing initiatives, including content coordination and campaign execution
- Monitor comments, DMs, and UGC, and provide light community management support alongside the community management agency
- Track performance and contribute to improving KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
- Strong experience in content strategy, calendar management, publishing, and optimization
- Advanced skills in visual creation and editing using tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Experience using social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Emplifi, Meta Business Suite)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Experience creating memes and fast, low-fi, highly shareable social content
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and working with content creators
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams and freelance collaborators
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
